How to get un-stuck


We all get stuck sometimes - even us coaches. But for all of us, the ONLY way to get unstuck is by making different choices or choosing a different response to an ongoing situation. 

In other words, making some kind of change is the way to get unstuck.

Change requires accountability and uncovering what's holding us back. It’s usually not just about journaling our intentions, closing our eyes and then manifesting our hearts desire. Knowing what we want and taking steps (even teeny tiny ones) towards that is the only way to make it happen.

But what if you think you don't know what you want, or you think you aren't sure? What if you thought you knew what you wanted but then you got there and you realized you didn't want that any more? What if you just feel so crappy in your body that you have no energy to even figure it out?

If you're stuck and you don't know what to do next, it's time to start tuning into what i call Yes, THIS! moments.

A Yes, THIS! moment is when every cell in your body lights up because you are literally headed in the right direction - even if you don't know exactly where that direction is ultimately taking you. As you learn to recognize these moments they will actually steer you towards the life that you want and crave.

Those moments may appear subtle at first but they are all conspiring to keep you heading in the right direction - even if you can't put a name on the destination.

Sometimes we are so sleep deprived, overwhelmed, over-sugared and uncomfortable in our bodies and our minds that the Yes,THIS! moments are simply fighting to be heard. And sometimes they can't be heard over the cacophony of "shoulds" or the dull throb of exhaustion.
