There will be some journaling, a guided meditation, tools that will help you figure out what’s right for your body, and an essential oil protocol to seal it all in. Plus we will provide a delicious lunch complete with a cooking demo (#instantpot!) and recipes. Cooking and feeding people is one of our super powers!
