What's Whole30?

Whole30™ is a 30-day elimination program that will help you reset the way you eat and give you insights that can impact your relationship with food for the rest of your life. Benefits of doing a Whole30 can include more energy, clearer skin, less bloating and digestive issues, better sleep, no brain fog and much more.

What to expect

We’ll start the first week of January with pantry clean-out tips and an optional guided tour of the Roosevelt Whole Foods for specific dos, don’ts and food recommendations to help you start off on the right track. We'll also have a private Facebook group for support and for sharing ongoing tips, recipes and ideas. 

Whether you’ve done a Whole30 before or this is your first one, this program is more fun when you do it in a group. Plus it’s a great way to get to know some other Collective members and even make some new friends!



Day 1 of the actual Whole30 will be Monday, January 14 to give everyone ample time to set up for success.  Dates and details for grocery store tours are TBA.
