What is Audacious Health & Wellness?

It is Life Coaching or Health Coaching or my favorite: a combo of both.  

Our 1:1 sessions are all about YOU. You'll get a custom plan for your specific needs that will include the following:

  • Tailored tools and motivation to help you get un-stuck and on your way.

  • Accountability and goal setting on your healthy-living journey.

  • Support, inspiration and encouragement - in spades!

  • Optional recipes, nutritional tips, simple tricks and ideas to keep you on your wellness path. 

  • Email support between sessions.

Each 60-minute appointment will also include discussion of your progress, recommendations and concrete action steps to take between sessions. When you're finished working with me you will be equipped with the tools you need to craft a healthier and happier life. You will know how to create new habits that can help you achieve your desired results.

We will get to the bottom of what's holding you back and start creating some new and healthy habits in how you eat, move and think. It takes at least three months of focused attention and commitment to see some results and to start making those new habits stick! You will get six 1:1 calls with me and email support between sessions as well as recipes, handouts and other materials to help guide you on your path towards Audacious Health and Wellness!

1 month - get a taste

Are you simply in need of a quick tune-up? This is your chance! Our time is all about you and how to get you back on track to the life you want. You will get two 60-minute 1:1 calls  that will include useful tools for moving towards your desired goals and outcomes as well as unlimited email correspondence during business hours.  

Investment: $347


This is my VIP package and as a result you receive all the benefits of START SOME SHIFT and SERIOUS CHANGE plus more. You get two 1:1 with me calls per month (24 calls in total!), unlimited email response (within 2 hours during the week and 24 hours on most weekends) plus the chance to spend a day with me in Seattle to create an actual blueprint for achieving the transformation of your dreams. Comprehensive notes (printed and bound in a book for you upon completion), food samples and self-care products, and 2 special surprises - again, totally curated just for you. (Also includes my complete Kitchen Reboot program!).

Investment: $3997 (payable in 3 installments of $1359)

6 months - SERIOUS CHANGE 

Studies show that if you do something for six months it's much more likely to become a long-term habit (i.e. permanent change). Here you will get all the benefits of START SOME SHIFT as well as the opportunity for further accountability and an even deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle that works best for you. You will have more energy, feel better in your body and be ready to kick some proverbial ass! This is my most popular program and a fabulous investment in yourself and the life you want to create for yourself. You will get twelve 1:1 calls with me, food samples and self-care products and a special surprise that's chosen just for you.
